No. Vehicles are handed over with a noted fuel or charge level and returned at the same level. Anything short of it is settled with the host through the app.

Every booking includes Rentrik Protection and 24/7 roadside assistance. Report it in the app with photos and we take the claim from there, rather than leaving you and the host to sort it out.

The RC in your name (or an authorisation letter from the owner), valid insurance, a current PUC certificate and clear photos. The full list is on the hosting page.

The payout is released once the trip closes and the vehicle is checked back in, to the bank account on your profile. Earnings and statements stay in the app, ready for filing.
